Randy Hall has represented or facilitated transactions with Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, OfficeMax, Safeway, Albertson's, Smith's Food & Drug, Nash Finch, Walgreen's, Applebee's, Wendy's, Arby's, Taco bell, Freightliner Corporation, Nabisco, and many, many more. Hall has directed assignments from CNL Income Funds, Kmart Corporation, General Growth Properties, Excess Space Dispositions, Hunting Performance, Precision Drilling, as well as numerous national and regional developers; and Hall is the exclusive representative for Darden Restaurants in Wyoming.

A real estate generalist, Hall has facilitated numerous purchases and/or sales of special-purpose properties including the 132,000 sq. ft. customer service center owned by Cendant Corporation in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a 70,000 sq. ft. hospital in Lander, Wyoming, a 35,000 sq.ft industrial fabrication building in Casper, Wyoming and currently represents a consortium of banks in the marketing of Casper's largest industrial building – the 117,000 sq. ft. Teton Homes fabrication facility, as well as the 66,000 sq. ft. call center formerly owned by OfficeMax.

He has been an active broker and developer contributing to the growth of both East and West Casper and will lead his expertise as a development partner in the redevelopment of key parcels in the Old Yellowstone redevelopment district, as well as properties in The MESA, a mixed-use development in West Casper, and the MarketPlace at Blackmore, a retail, restaurant and lifestyle center in East Casper.

Randy Hall holds the highly-respected designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute of the National Association of REALTORs. Of the tens of thousands of real estate professionals across the nation, only a few thousand have attained the CCIM certification.
